WARRANTY
We stand behind our work. We warrant all furniture products to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. This warranty applies under conditions of normal household use but does not apply to fading (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accident, uncontrolled environment or commercial use.
SERVICE
Should service under this warranty be needed, the purchaser must first contact us and place in writing with photos, the service needed. We will, for one year following the date of the original purchase, at our option and sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any piece or part found by us to be defective in material or workmanship. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original purchase receipt should be kept.
RETURNS
Shop Floor Samples – Within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Custom Furniture – All sales are final.
Home Furnishings (Framed Art, Boxes, Curios, etc.) – Within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
